SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). At times of high order traffic there may be delays with processing of orders. No couriers deliver orders on weekends and public holidays.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the dispatch day.
STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Post): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the dispatch day.
Shipping Department Business Hours
Our dispatch facility operated Monday to Friday (excluding WA public holidays) 9am-4pm WAST. All orders are freshly prepared in batches and vacuum sealed for transit.
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Shipping method can be selected at the end of the checkout process.
Undeliverable orders
If your order is returned to our warehouse as it was undelivered, unclaimed, or refused, our team will get in touch to resolve the issue. If the parcel was returned due to a mistake in the address provided or unclaimed items there will be a fee to reship the item to you.
Delays and Stolen Items
Bullbar Foods is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australia Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items are scanned as delivered to the customers address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen, or damaged items with Australia Post.
All parcels are sent with “signature required”. If undelivered or someone is not home to receive the package, Australia Post will take the parcel to your nearest post office to await your collection. All parcels must be collected within 2 business days as the items are perishable, if collected after this period we cannot be responsible for any damages or issues with products.
If SAFE DROP is selected for your shipment through your tracking link, the parcel will be left unattended and we, Bullbar Foods, are no longer responsible. If the parcel is stolen or damaged it cannot be replaced/refunded. We cannot guarantee that Australia Post delivery drivers will follow delivery instructions and cannot judge if the area is “safe” to leave the parcel. Please select this option at your own risk.
Parcels left unclaimed, are returned to our facility after 5 business day. All products will be inspected, and extra fees may apply.
Returns Policy
Please make your selection carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or incorrect purchase.
If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please get in contact WITHIN 3 DAYS of your delivery. For our team to assess any issues, they need your order number and images of the product that has been received within this timeframe. Please do not throw away any products before our team has responded.
Each enquiry is assessed on a case by case basis. You may be required to return the products received for assessment. If our team does not receive adequate images or the returned product, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
